lovin' calgary

Hello from Calgary! I spent the day at Spruce Meadows checking out the Skyliner Show Jumping Tournament, a fantastic Junior/Amateur jumper show at Canada's biggest equestrian facility. I've always wanted to go and it was just awesome! Now I want to go ride my Brody pony!

At this point our wedding doesn't really have colours (lime green obviously to be included) or any specific theme other than what I guess you could call "chic-earthy-clean-laidback-fun". Here's a collection of places/items/colours that I love and find as inspiration for our wedding. On a side note but still equally inspiring: I am in love with Flight of the Concords. As is Braydan. We just love them.

cakes

Mmmmm, these cakes look delicious! What more is there to say?

flowers

Two months of collecting inspiration means I have TONS of pictures to throw on here. So since its beautiful and sunny here in Calgary and I'm feeling the summer time vibe lets start with flowers. I just love the look of a white and green bouquet. As for flowers that I'm lovin - Dahlias, Orchids, Lilly of the Valley, and Cysanthimums are my favs. Here's a feast of pretty flowers for your eyes.

i absolutely love the details of these wonderful inspiration boards. i've been accumulating little goodies like this for the last two months so there's lots more to come. i haven't done my own inspiration board but these are pretty much along the lines of what our wedding might look like.
